Barrel of Monkeys Academy, LLC. values our customers' participation, interests and
needs and takes great pride in its relationships with its guests. In order to provide
educational and daycare services as well as information regarding those services,
Barrel of Monkeys Academy, LLC. ("Barrel of Monkeys Academy", "BMA", "Barrel of
Monkeys" or "we") will occasionally ask you to provide us information about yourself
and/or the children you have enrolled or seek to enroll at Barrel of Monkeys.

This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that
information. Barrel of Monkeys Academy takes the privacy of your personal
information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the
terms of this Privacy Policy. When we collect personal information, including your
name, e-mail address, home address, phone, or child's name or age, we use it only
for internal purposes to improve our services to our customers. The information will
not be shared or sold to any party outside BMA without your prior consent.

Information We Collect: BMA collects and stores a limited amount of personally

telephone to provide requested services or resolve complaints. We may also contact
these parents to send information about important changes to our services.
Generally, these parents cannot opt out of these communications, but they will be
primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.

We may also use your information to send you other communications of a promotional
nature. You can choose whether to receive these communications by notifying us of
your decision to opt out of these communications at

Accessing and Changing Your Information. You can review the personal information
you provided us and make any desired changes to such information at any time by
requesting a copy of the information maintained by BMA about you at
sarah.harris@barrelofmonkeysacademy.com.

Upon request, BMA will provide you a complete copy of the information maintained by
BMA about you for your review and correction. BMA in the future will allow parents to
make tuition payments over the Internet through a third-party payment service. This
third-party service, may collect and maintain certain financial information from parents
in order to process these tuition payments. BMA does not collect or maintain any
personally identifiable financial information and the third party will have it's own
privacy statements about their private policy. All tuition payment transactions will be
governed by this third party privacy policy.
